Refund policy
At Ghairat Brotherhood, every product is made to order through our fulfillment partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or buyer’s remorse.
However, we will gladly replace or refund items in the following situations:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Description of the issue
Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address
If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
